How to fix dzsa launcher not downloading mods

My server does show up on dayz launcher but as "Offline" with 0/0 players and P.S. Here is my "11_chenarus.cfg" and "basic.cfg" (again, im not sure if these Unfortunately that didn't fix it, I contacted my ISP and they said
